We aim to send out products purchased well within 7 days of order, usually with 48 hours, but please allow up to 14 days before chasing us up as it can take a little bit longer during the busiest periods. Refunds can only be made on receipt of purchased products in mint condition returned within 48 hours of your order arriving with you. We recommend you use registered post as proof of postage is not proof of receipt by us. Refunds will not be made on postage costs.

Whilst these products are not likely to be found on the High Street just yet(!) we pride ourselves in only offering products that have generated positive comments prior to launching this e-commerce website.
