The protective case is made from plastic and can carry up to 2 Health Disks at a time. The case is thick enough to resist minor abrasons and knocks. However it is not strong enough to protect a Health Disk from cracking when being sat on or if it takes a hard blow! Do not put a Health Disk in a case or otherwise in your back trouser pocket and expect it to survive! Put your Health Disk in a side pocket of relatively loose trousers or a breast pocket of a shirt, inner pocket of a jacket etc or hang it on a lanyard strap around your neck under clothing. There is a loop to enable attachment of a lanyard strap.
If used at night (eg Hayfever season, for Osteoarthritis etc) then put the Health Disk in its case under the sheet by your feet, or in your pillow-case or wherever you will not lie on it and break it. Remember to take it out in the morning!
